To enhance our Haustechnik (eng. building services) department, we are looking for a project manager for facility management projects (m/f/d) at the next possible date.

Your tasks:
- Commercial and technical planning and realisation of facility management projects
- Appointment coordination internal as well as on construction site
- Create and monitor project documentation
- Planning, realisation and monitoring of maintenance and follow-up proposals
Your profile:
- Finished vocational training, technician, foreman or higher education in electrical engineering, supply technology or a similar qualification
- Professional experience in the field of building automation or building services
- Knowledge of the structure and function of supply engineering systems
- Confident handling of Microsoft® Office products
- Assertiveness and leadership ability
- Independent and solution-oriented mode of work
- Team as well as communication skills
- Readiness to travel occasional in central Germany
- Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing (B2)
